How can I use PRTG to interface to TR069 devices? It is a bidirectional SOAP/HTTP-based protocol.

I'm afraid that this protocol is not supported by PRTG. You might of course create your own script and transfer the results to PRTG with an EXE/Script (Advanced) Sensor.
