I have a domain controller that is sitting in the domain controller group and has always failed ping even though I can ping it fine from the same the core server that PRTG is running from.. and the domain controller is also listed below in the server group.. the same server name in the server group is showing green and pinging fine. I'm confused. How do I troubleshoot? I don't see where the IP address is listed for this device?

Did you configure the IP address or it's FQDN in the device settings of the DC in PRTG? Can you try either of it, depending of the configuration?
