Is it possible to get different colored email alerts for different email types as all the emails we currently get are green. It would be nice to have a red for something critical, orange for warning and all clear for greed which already is.

What mails do you mean exactly? Can you attach a screenshot of the mail and the sensors overview page? Is it possible that you only configured "when condition clears" notifications?
