For example, with the Traffic Sensor and the Volume trigger I get notifications when a traffic sensor shows more than 1 Gbyte transferred in 24 hours. But I would like to get notifications if the traffic sensor shows less than 1 Gbyte transferred in 24 hours.

I'm sorry, it's not possible to create such a trigger or to achieve it through a workaround.
